Lancelot FS is there 24/7 so that we keep a permanent watch on the progress of every flight. We start our following hours before the flight, checking slots, weather changes, upcoming surprises of any kind, and informig pilots immediately.

During the flight our team will have the exact position of the aircraft updated every 2 to 5 minutes. If the flight has to be diverted for any reason, we will aready be working on organizing all that is needed such as handling, transportation or any additional needs.

After the flight our service has still not finished. Our Operations Department working is there at all times, ready for anything that is needed while you are away from home.
